After cleaning out my pantry at school, I realized that I had 6 separate jars of peanut butter. SIX.
Not that this is a bad thing, but it is a bit excessive. Since I kept my PB in the back of my cupboard, I guess I just didn’t realize I had any and kept on buying more each time I went to the grocery store.
But you know what? That’s A-okay because all that peanut butter just means that I can make 5 million batches of these 4-Ingredient Copycat Reese’s Peanut Butter Truffles!
YES. You heard me right. There are only 4 ingredients in these delicious love bites and they come together in a flash. No baking required and maximum deliciousness.
BOOM.
I’m going to keep this post short and sweet because I’ve been up since early this morning and had a productive day of editing two big photography sessions, working on the business side of blogging, cleaning the house (we have two of our Norwegian relatives staying over for a few days), and making these bad boys. It’s currently 12 a.m and I plan on getting up early tomorrow to get in some blog reading before heading off to the gym to get in some cardio and a chest + tricep workout.
All you need to know is that these taste exactly like Reeses’ PB cups and you need them in your life. THE END.
Hi
Christine
Thank for sharing this recepies
I. Love. RESSES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS!!!!
GIRL. ME TOO. Favorite candy ever!!
Such a simple recipe. I love Reese’s but these look far more classy.
Thanks Jemma, you know I like to keep it classy around here 😉
That happens to me alllllll the time… I have multiple bags of coconut flour and chocolate chips because I don’t look and see if I have them and then when I get to the grocery store I think ‘better safe than sorry!’ Like you said, not the worst thing ever!
Glad I’m not the only one! And my chocolate chip bag count is currently up at… 7 😯 .
Ohhh yum!! These look crazy good and addicting 😉
Love the easy ingredient breakdown here…and the texture looks amazing!!
Hahaha I’m dying that you had 6 jars of PB in your pantry! So funny, but a perfect excuse to do some baking with it
Were they all the same or different (i.e. crunchy, smooth, flavored, etc.)?
Anything peanut butter and chocolate is an instant winner in my books… so these truffles are definitely getting made!
